Coffee production system in Ethiopia are forest coffee, semi-forest coffee, plantation coffee and garden coffee. Shade trees provide a protection to coffee plants in bad weather conditions; it regulates temperature, light or rain intensity and stabilised soil with their deep roots. It suppresses weed, coffee bean has better acidity under shade. It increases the retention and availability of water, lower soil erosion and better water infiltration. This Particular undergoes special shade dried process. After washing, these beans were subjected to a special, time-intensive shade-drying process that protects them from the harsh noon sun and therefore produces a much more uniformly spectacular lot. The final result is far greater depth, complexity and clarity of flavours.
